Journal: Cognitive Surplus Softcover Notebook Medium(s): Acrylic markers, ink, watercolors, mildliners, gouache, some ephemera Status: Unfinished Notes: I received this journal from Well Inked Box (art subscription box) in May 2019 when I was one of their ambassadors. The pages aren't very good for heavy mixed media, I had to double them up. In the end, I used it to glue in post-its I created for an "imperfect portrait" series in October 2021 and some old commissions (available to view on the commissions page).

×July 2019: Experimenting with comic squares in my art journal. Illustrations of my foot next to a large cockroach in work with the words "waaaahh!" next to it; a woman with her eyes closed in front of a purple galaxy and lyrics from Hologram by TacoCat above her; and a woman looking up against a purple background. I didn’t finish the last square.
