This was my first real attempt at bookbinding! I used board I found at work and fabric from an old shirt to make the spine and cover. The pages were made from scrap paper and old magazines. With this journal I made the conscious decision to start drawing more, and loosely used it for a project where I drew portraits of badass women musicians. The pages are organized in the order they appear in the journal.
